2. Course Booking Terms

Booking and Payment

Places on courses are confirmed once payment has been received.

Course numbers are intentionally limited to maintain small group learning and discussion.

Cancellations and Refunds

Due to limited course places, the following cancellation policy applies:

• Cancellations made more than 14 days before the course start date will receive a refund minus a small administration fee to cover processing costs.
• Cancellations made within 14 days of the course start date are non-refundable.

Non-Attendance

Failure to attend a booked course without prior notice will result in the loss of the course fee.

Course Changes

The Midlife GP reserves the right to make reasonable changes to course dates, delivery format, or content where necessary.

Participants will be notified as soon as possible if changes occur.

Participant Conduct

Courses are designed to provide a supportive and respectful learning environment.

Participants are expected to behave in a respectful manner toward the facilitator and other participants.

The Midlife GP reserves the right to remove any participant whose behaviour is disruptive, inappropriate, or disrespectful. In such circumstances, refunds may not be provided.

Group Participation and Confidentiality

Courses may involve discussion of general experiences related to midlife health.

Participants may choose to share personal experiences; however, sharing is entirely voluntary.

Participants are expected to respect the privacy of others and maintain confidentiality regarding any personal information shared during sessions.

While The Midlife GP promotes a confidential learning environment, the behaviour of individual participants cannot be guaranteed.

Recording and Use of Course Materials

Course content and materials are provided for personal educational use only.

Participants are not permitted to record sessions, reproduce course materials, or distribute content without prior written permission from The Midlife GP.

This protects both the course content and the privacy of participants.

Corporate and Organisational Bookings

Separate terms may apply for courses delivered to organisations or corporate clients. These terms will be outlined in a separate agreement prior to delivery of services.
