Evidence-based education for midlife health and wellbeing

We provide structured, supportive courses for individuals and organisations on topics including menopause, ageing well, men’s midlife health, lifestyle wellbeing, and minor illness self-management.

In a world full of health information, it’s increasingly hard to know what to trust. Social media and online content can be confusing, contradictory, and overwhelming — particularly when you’re trying to understand changes in your body, what to eat, and how to support your health in a realistic way.

Although most clinicians want to spend time educating and empowering patients, time pressures in healthcare mean this isn’t always possible.

Midlife is a period of significant physical and psychological change, yet there is often little space to talk openly about how to understand what is happening in your body, what really matters for your health, and how to take back a sense of control.

The Midlife GP was created to fill that gap.

Our small-group courses are designed for people in midlife who want clear, evidence-based information, practical strategies, and a supportive space to understand their health, feel more confident, and make meaningful changes for their future wellbeing.
